The best service every time, always create exactly what I ask for. Drinks always available, unfortunately I don't know the name of the sweet lady who does my nails apart from her initials LE but she is a perfectionist 💅 Jen and Julie are lovely and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else I'd rather go without having my nails done if I couldn't go here x

This was my first time booking a gel polish and manicure appointment with Julie and her team and I am sure it will not be the last! I had a lovely experience from start to finish. Booking an appointment on the website is so easy and they offer so many slots to choose from (also, they estimate the time every appointment will take so you can organize even better if you have a busy life). I was offered tea, coffee or water, which adds up to the lovely environment of the shop. Julie helped me choose a colour that would suit me and gave me lots of suggestions on how to care for my hands. Lovely hand massage at the end, I felt very pampered! Recommended!

I've never had a bad set. No matter which technician I see. It's a lovely, relaxing and professional environment.

I went to 1st class nails today and had a great experience, I was greeted kindly and offered a drink my nails were done perfectly by a woman called Ellen. If I remember correctly that was her name. Would 100% go again as this place seems to be the only nail place I walk out happy with beautiful nails. Cheap prices and lovely atmosphere plus very easy to book or can just walk in on front street Arnold. Thank you x

Very impressed with my first visit today! Unfortunately, I booked the wrong day (I came a day in advance!) but they happily still let me get my nails done. I got exactly what I had in mind and I'm impressed with the quality. I've re-booked in again for 4-weeks time for an infill and will probably be a regular here now! Thank you :)
