I had Laura provide me with a set of BIAB gels. I'm restarting my nail journey and she was super helpful with it. Beyond that, she was so kind and cheery. I'd never been in before but the moment I turned up at the door she treated me like we'd been friends for years. I was really happy with my nails too. They were super clean, pretty and worth every penny.
