my first time visiting this nail salon and i can honestly say it's the most welcoming happy salon i've ever been too. my cousin has quite severe sensory issues and the women doing her nails were so gentle making sure everything she was doing wasn't making her overstimulated at all. The women who was doing my nails (i didn't catch a name im so sorry) was super kind had very nice conversation with me, making sure everything she was doing every detail was perfect and it sure was! my nails look amazing. so thank you all at AL nails for the best customer service. you will definitely see me again.

I usually get my nails done somewhere else, but they were closed. I just needed to fix one broken nail really quickly. I asked if they could fix my nail without an appointment and they said yes, but I had to wait while they finished with their regular customers. It only took 15 minutes and everyone was really nice about it.

Such a lovely friendly nail salon. As someone who doesn't regularly get their nails done (due to work restrictions) they offered great advice and were able to repair and preserve a nail I had broken earlier that day. Great advice. I will become a regular customer in a few months when I retire. Thank yoh so much, loving my Christmas nails

Travelled all the way from Brighton just to get my nails done here. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, quality is so professional, and the massage chair is amazing! They managed to squeeze me in last minute. Overall a lovely warm atmosphere. I will be returning!

The people are very friendly and I've been coming here as a student for two years, the staff have a great attitude and are always open to a nice gossip session. The SNS nails I had done here are great and have lasted over a month-and counting without chipping. It may be a bit pricey in comparison considering the slightly jammed environment but they are usually fully booked and very popular among locals.
