I had a great experience here! My appointment was at 11am and I was seen at 11:45 - a bit of a wait, but pretty typical for nail salons in my experience, and totally worth it. The hygiene standards were excellent - they ask you to wash your hands before your appointment and keep their stations really clean. I also appreciated that each section had two UV lamps to help speed up the process. A young man (I think his name was Tyson?) did my nails and he was brilliant - firm but polite, made good conversation, and even offered me a drink. I asked for a colour that wasn't available, and he came up with a clever workaround by layering a darker shade underneath - it turned out perfectly! You can tell he really knows what he's doing. Would definitely recommend and I'll be coming back! 💅✨

I've almost been going here for a year and I've never once had a problem not only is customer service here amazing but everyone working here clearly is trained very well in nails. I've always been happy with my nails here if you are ever looking for a nail place to go regular, I would definitely recommend here.
