had who appeared to be my lady, she was really efficient and gentle. i came with my sister as we were both getting acrylics done so when the lady was ready for me, she put a chair next to me so that my sister wouldn't be alone. she took in turns with us and got both our nails done in good time. they turned out exactly how i hoped!
