It's always busy for a good reason. Lucy did my nails and is fab, I have been an on and off customer for over 20 years pedicures and manicures. Pedicures are always thorough and gel nails don't disappoint. Well positioned in the town, staff are not always chatty but that's not a bad thing, they get the job done and reasonably priced. It's good to see a family business survive amongst the rising rents they have to endure. The owner always try's to accommodate customers. The premises is perhaps not the most up to date but the staff have always done a good job so I would definitely recommend giving a try.
