I've been going to angel nails ( formerly Lilly nails) for around 8 years. I've always been happy with my nails and the service but lately feel like I'm sitting in a hospital waiting room as the staff don't communicate with the clients and chat amongst themselves. Maybe the new staff don't speak a lot of English and perhaps some background music might help. Just my observations and I won't stop going because of this as I'm always pleased with my nails.
