Such a wonderful salon, I honestly cannot recommend this place enough! The staff members were all so lovely, I went with my mother and brought my younger siblings along and they offered us all some drinks and snacks. The customer service is amazing, they are just so incredibly kind and welcoming. My nails turned out to be amazing and I am so pleased. It's very clear that the nail techs put in so much thought and care into their clients, their work is just outstanding. Since I had my nails done during the holiday seasons (Christmas/New Years) and I received a little goody bag with some snacks, a Christmas card and a £5 voucher! Overall I am so so pleased and happy with my experience here and how my nails turned out, considering it's the first time I've had my nails done as well. I will definitely be returning if I choose to have my nails done again! <3

My first visit today and amazing customer service from stepping through the door,very attentive,offered a tea or coffee,I had harry do my nails he is very talented and attention to detail.took 2 hours for fabulous, glam nails,harry helped choose my design,also given cuticle oil and hand cream to take home and a loyalty card,20% off on the sixth visit.i felt so relaxed and calm,really enjoyed my pampering session.i highly recommend anna nails.best nail business in Bromsgrove.
