Exceptional nail salon. Nicola takes time to listen to what you actually want done. She offers suggestions but is not pushy on what to have done. Nicola is kind, caring, professional and extremely easy to get along with. I had a bereavement so had to cancel my appointment for the day it was due, she went out of her way to accommodate me last minute. I shall never go anywhere else. I was somewhat shocked to read the review about the woman who didn't have the experience she wanted. Poor Nicola had her own bereavement and someone else did the job. It wasn't even Nicola!!! To try and ruin someone's business is beyond cruel. It wasn't even Nicola and she gave the woman a full refund. Please people do not take any notice of that review, it should NOT cloud your judgement on Be Boo-tiful. The woman should remove it really as the problem was very quickly rectified. I cannot recommend Nicola more highly. She did the best job on my nails than anyone ever has. Give her a go, you won't be dissapointed xxxx

I have been going to this lovely lady for around a year and I wouldn't go anywhere else now I have had many treatments done by Nichola including eyebrows nails pedicures lash lifts etc and I have been over the moon with the results every time she goes above and beyond to make her clients feel comfortable and not only do I look forward to my treatment but I always look forward to a good chin wag with her aswell !

(Please read to the end of this review!) In short. Worse pedicure I've ever experienced. My toes look an absolutely mess and they're sore from the hacking away with a large oversized file. I even had to ask if I could stop her from doing what she was doing so I could shape them myself to rectify some of the damage done 🤯 which she agreed to! (Obviously knew she was doing a terrible job! When I was leaving I said to the girl at reception, I can't believe I'm actually paying full price for this (as I felt sure I'd be offered a discount for the disgusting job) but her reply was "not my problem!" 😳 shocking! I walked away as I was so upset Could have done a much better job myself and saved my wasted money. Would highly NOT recommend!!! Update on my review!!! I have changed my review from 1star to 4 star. Since leaving my review, I have been in contact with Nicola (from Beebootifle) I have to say she was absolutely mortified to hear of my experience. My original appointment was with Nicola, unfortunately (due to being at a funeral) she asked someone to cover my appointment which unfortunately ended with a very disappointing experience. Nicola has given me a full refund and apologised over and over for the poor service that I received. Thank you for this Nicola! Therefore, not blame Bee-Bootifle for my first review, this was down to an individual and I do not want Nicola's reputation to be damaged as a result of my initial review. Thank you Nicola for the refund.
