I had never had any kind of beauty treatment before I came to Paula for gel nails and I didn't know what to expect. She put me at ease and explained how it worked and together we embarked on a quest to grow my brutally short (I used to cut them very short) and flaking nails into the naturally perfect talons I'd always wanted. Paula takes great care to look after the natural nail and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in nail care, and after a few months I absolutely love my nails! The choice of colours and overlays is enormous and Paula is a helpful and honest judge if I'm weighing up options. The beauty room is a relaxing environment and Paula is so lovely to be with, I look forward to the hour of "me time" I have every few weeks.

Paula is amazing at what she does, been getting my nails done here for about 3 years, i was a nail biter i feel no judgement from Paula at all she is just happy to help me make my nails look beautiful again. Its so easy to talk to Paula she has defiantly become a friend who i can share my highs and lows of life with. She is extremely hardworking and always happy to fit you in where she can. I also get back neck and shoulder massages off Paula as i suffer from alot of back pain, her massages defiantly ease my pain and are very relaxing.
