I have been going here for almost two years now. The place is always super clean and feels like a calm oasis. The staff are the true stars, everyone is super professional, really sweet, and they always make me feel welcome with a tea and a fun chat. I have never had to wait for more than five minutes which is a refreshing break from other places. My nails always look fabulous after every appointment. If you want to support an all female owned, small business, I highly recommend black heath nails spa! I look forward to my next appointment :)

Wouldn't go anywhere else! The care taken and attention to detail is second to none. You're also able to build a real rapport with everyone which makes for a really pleasant appointment. My nail growth over the year spent going here has been insane! Only ever have my natural nails now and don't have extensions. Grateful to these guys.

I've been getting my nails done at Blackheath Nail Spa for a year and a half and they always provided a high quality service! My nails are always perfectly done - I am very particular about the shape and length of my nails and Linh does them exactly to my liking! I am always happy with the nail design that I choose - I started with getting SNS and then moved onto BIAB. The salon can do anything from a simple colour coat to french tip to chrome and also nail art (pictures show a variety of nail sets I've had). I get BIAB on my natural nails and my nails have never been healthier due to the products they use. I usually get my nails done once a month and have had minimal breaking - when I was away for over a month on holiday Linh ensured that she did extra treatment for the health of my nails so they could last longer. The atmosphere in the salon is friendly, cozy and safe! I always feel welcomed and part of a community in the salon! A true family run business that I would recommend to anyone!

The technicians are professional, friendly, and extremely skilled, and the results are consistently excellent every time. I've tried a number of other nail salons nearby, but none compare to the quality and service here. Without doubt the best nail salon in the local area - highly recommend.

Gorgeous local nail salon at Blackheath Royal Standard. I've been a regular since it opened and it's much more comfortable and professional a salon than others nearby in Greenwich and Woolwich. The girls are great and so attentive, always asking if you want a drink or a coffee. I continue to come back due to their positive attitudes, kindness and great service of course! My first visit and I will be returning forever. Easily got an appointment and place is clean, well maintained with a comfortable vibe. The colour collection was mind blowing. If you have a colour in mind - you are sure to find it here. I want to specially mention Kendy, who did my nails. She was great, patient and very knowledgeable about nail colours. I wasn't sure about my colours and she helped try two to help me decide which one I really like. I had some colour in mind, and whilst some of the team members said it won't be possible but Kendy managed to create the colour and the look I was looking for. She quietly understood, not said much except "I will try". It was very kind and professional of her to not reject the idea, but try to satisfy me as a client. I have been to many places before, but after a long time I found someone who was ok to spend time and effort and not just reject a client's thought.

I highly recommend this nail shop to anyone, beautiful nail salon and the best nail care from staff and always offer any advice needed with nail care. Will keep coming back.
