I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, Boum and Elicia made me feel pampered and taken care of. The space is spotless, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. My nail tech, Elicia was incredibly skilled, delicate, and detail-oriented - she took her time to make sure everything was perfect. The color selection is huge, the service was luxurious, and my nails have never looked better. They truly go above and beyond to make every client feel special. I can't recommend this place enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my go to for nails. Boum is warm friendly and a true artist. My nails are always perfect and her nail art is outstanding....nothing is too much trouble . 100 per cent recommend would never go anywhere else now . My nails dont chip or lift between appts and sometimes I have pushed my appt back as they were still perfect ( if a little grown out)

Best in St Neots! I had BIAB nails, a lash lift and brows done by Boum, and I'm absolutely obsessed with how everything turned out. My nails are so neat and the perfect autumnal brown, my brows and lashes look so natural and pretty! Boum is amazing at what she does! She makes sure you're comfortable and happy the whole time. I honestly couldn't recommend her enough. Plus, the salon is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and so cosy. Can't wait to be back! 💅✨

Making time for self care is ESSENTIAL...But I struggle with generic nail salons🙏🏽...The chemical smells, the crowds...It's just not for me....Then I discovered Boumtown Beauty, This is NOT a generic nail salon, it is a bespoke Nail and Beauty Spa...I took advantage of Boum's 20% discount offer and tentatively headed over...I will never go anywhere else again. From the beautiful soft jazz music to set the tone...To the stunning regency sympathetic decor, this place is unlike any other. But what makes it really special aside from the vegan, natural products down to the nail polish! Is Boum herself...She REALLY cares about your whole experience...And it shows...The foot and leg massage had me nodding off! I had to share my thoughts about this place as it really was the best hour spent...No It's not the cheapest place in St Neots, (it's certainly not extortionate either) But it's worth absolutely every penny and you get value for money in the quality of the care and the products used. No crowds, no toxic nasties... Wonderful place...❤️❤️❤️

Amazing service and warm, welcoming and relaxing beauty lounge! Boum does a great job with my BIAB nails and really takes the time to ensure they are done perfectly and that I am comfortable throughout. Appointments are always on time and the lounge is quiet and smells great. Always offered complimentary drinks which tops off the excellent service, highly recommend!

In my personal opinion Boum Town Beauty Lounge is the best place in St Neots to go to for Biab Nails. Today was my 2nd visit for infills. Both Elicia & Boum have worked their magic on my nails that had been previously badly damaged at another salon. They genuinely care about their customers nail health, their expertise is to a very high standard. The application from start to finish has been the best I've ever experienced, my nails look amazing. I will be continuing to have my nails done here & trying out the other treatments they provide. Thank you so much Boum & Elicia. Xx
