AMAZING!!My second time going there and i cannot fault them at all,the whole team is lovely and welcoming. They always ask and make sure youre happy every step of the way, very attentive, efficient and very professional! Brought in a reference photo and got everything I wanted and more. Absolutely in love!! Holiday nails done, I'm normally let down when I get my nails done as it's a rare treat for myself, but I honestly can't fault anything from my time at Broxburn Nails & Spa. The staff are soooo talented and friendly, my nails look better than the photo I took in, no lie the pictures don't do them justice. The colours are so vibrant and just stunning artwork on the nails. Definitely going to be my go to place from now on. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Alex and his team are absolutely exceptional! This is hands down one of the best nail salons I've been to and I'm not easy to please. I'm very fussy about both nails and customer service, and if something's off, I'm out. But here, everything was spot on. The service is professional, patient, and so polite. You're offered tea or water when you arrive, and there's no rushing or pressure when picking your colours - they genuinely listen to what you want. The attention to detail is amazing, and the whole team works so hard to make sure you're happy with the results. I've tried a few nail places before, but this one is excellent in every way. Alex and his team go above and beyond. Highly recommend!
