My partner just walked in and was seated immediately. The people were lovely, checked in constantly. The guy that started the nails, removing shaping etc. Very gentle, kind and super informative about what was actually wanted instead of what was asked for. Made sure 100% with what was wanted. Couldn't ask for a better service and was pleasantly suprised to remove my old acrylics and a new set was £50. Especially as have paid that recently for infills!! Very happy customer and if she was closer, would be very happy to be a regular customer

Came here for the first time on Friday with my fiancé and mother in law for manicures and pedicures (I got shellac) and we were all blown away by the amazing treatment and service 😍 all of the staff members were so kind and attentive, we felt truly pampered and didn't expect such a wonderful service with massage, coffee, chocolates and all! On arrival was offered a drink of choice. Lovely staff and very welcoming. Previously had a bad experience at another nail place and today coming to castle lane nails and spa they repaired my biab nails. So gentle with the tools and nails are to perfection. Would definitely recommend and be going again!
