Yesterday I got a full acrylic set with a design and was very pleased by the results. Looks exactly like the reference photo! The nail technicians were very friendly and made sure throughout the process that I was happy with the design. I also watched them communicate with the woman next to me as they worked out a solution she was happy with, ensuring she left satisfied which is a big green flag for me. I paid £40 for a full set with nail art (it'd be £35 without the art) and that price is absolutely worth it to me for the quality and experience.

First time at Celebrity and I'm really impressed. The nail tech took extra care to deliver the design I wanted and was able to adapt it to my nails rather than copy the inspo pic like for like. The staff were very friendly and near the end there were 2 people working on each hand to speed up the process a little. The service was reasonably priced so will definitely come back for my next set!

Great nail salon with very friendly and attentive staff, who really take care to make sure your nails look and feel great. Loads of choice of colours and styles as well. The staff were particularly kind as my friend (not from Birmingham) had got lost and was late to our appointment, and also didn't trouble her when she needed to take a short break as she was feeling unwell. They couldn't have done more in fact, they brought her a coke to help her feel better! Hot drinks also an option during your appointment. I will absolutely be returning to Celebrity Nail and Beauty, as I'm so pleased with my nails and the service provided. Highly recommend!

Celebrity Nails is hands down the best nail salon I've been to in a long time - if not the best ever. The level of care and patience I experienced was incredible. I was quite indecisive about my design (even finalising it with AI!) and they never once rushed me. Instead, they patiently waited while I made my decision and still stayed well past closing time to make sure my nails were perfect. The expertise, patience, and quality of their work really shine through in the results. Honestly, this is where I'll be going from now on. I'd definitely recommend booking in advance as they can get quite busy - which is no surprise given the standard of their service.

When a service is so good I have to give it 5 stars . I got my nails done last month when visiting Birmingham and I had the most beautiful experience , staff were friendly and professional. Got my nails done last minute today. And wow!!! They were able to fit me in and the quality is like nothing I've ever had before!!! They treated me and my friend so well (even though he was getting nothing done) gave us both bottles of water and followed the design to the T and made it better!!!!

I had colour removal for my hand and I had the luxury pedicure. The pedicure was so relaxing. The time and care they took was so nice... given I had a long day, this was exactly what I needed. Not only did they do a great job, they offer tea/coffee/soft drink and are very friendly.The technician who looked after me was Rachel, who was gentle and did a brilliant job. I will definitely go there again 👍

I have to rave about my experience at this nail shop! I arrived a whole 20 minutes before closing, thinking they might turn me away, but Toni welcomed me with a smile and still did an amazing job on my nails. The service was top-notch, and they even offered drinks while I was getting pampered. I also had a really good chat with Daniel, which made the whole experience even better. Honestly, from the moment I walked in until I left, I felt like a celebrity. I highly recommend this place if you want great nails and a fantastic atmosphere!

I visited this salon this morning and I am beyond happy with the results. My acrylic French tip nails are absolutely flawless. The gentleman who did my nails shaped my nail beds so slim and elegant - unlike anywhere I've ever been before. I genuinely can't stop staring at my hands. They look so feminine, clean, and beautiful. He's honestly the only person who has ever given me exactly what I've always wanted from my nails. The attention to detail and skill really show in the final result. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this salon to everyone. Went in today, very friendly staff, were very professional when I came to what I wanted and delivered. They hung up my coat and even gave me hand warmers before I left which was sweet. My nails came to £55 and took about 1hour and 50 minutes to finish.
