Omg I'm not even exaggerating, COME TO CHARLUXE SPA Windsor. Amazing customer service. They ask questions throughout and make sure you are satisfied. They do everything you ask and they always try their best and it shows. I've never left their hands unsatisfied. They always go above and beyond my Pinterest inspiration. They replicate images and confirm quality with you. They're super easy to talk to and always listen to your needs. This is my NO.1 salon before I go anywhere else I come to these guys. Never disappoint. And their new shop design and welcoming music and atmosphere just makes me want to stay here forever. I love how they make me feel. True artists in the building!!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience! I got a BIAB infill with a nail design and shellac on my toes, and everything turned out perfect. From the moment I walked in, the staff were so welcoming and attentive. The salon was clean, relaxing, and really well looked after. My nail tech took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and paid so much attention to detail! The design came out beautiful, and the BIAB looks flawless. My toes are perfect too, with a smooth, glossy shellac finish. What impressed me most was the timing, the whole appointment only took 1.5 hours, which is the quickest I've ever spent in the chair for such a complex design. I didn't feel rushed at all and felt completely taken care of throughout. Definitely a 5-star experience! I'm beyond happy with the results and will 100% be coming back and I've already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend!☺️ (I've added the inspo to show the comparison)
