I've been coming here for 2 years now and I've always had a great experience. I never have to watch when they're doing my nails because it always comes out great. Joanne is so lovely always remembers my nail colour (I always get the same one). I'm not the most talkative so they don't force me to talk, like some other places lol.

Always come away happy with my gel manicure - the team are skilled and precise and lovely to chat to. The gel (see red photo) typically lasts 2.5-3 weeks for me and still looks great except for growth. The team also take lots of care when I choose to have them removed for a little break (see pale pink photo). Love coming here! Highly recommend.

After being loyal to my previous nail shop for over 15 years I was recommended by colleagues to try this nail shop and I can honestly say I'm glad I did. As I entered I was greeted by all staff in the shop and their customer service was top tier. I was given a detailed review of a specific service I asked for and was treated with care, dignity and respect. All my questions were answered and they were very attentive to my needs and requests. They are a mixed salon so both the male and female staff are courteous. The shop is beautifully lit and well decorated. I am now a permanent and very happy customer. Thank you chat's nails for making my experience pleasurable. Long may it continue.
