I decided to give this place another try after some not-so-great experiences a few months ago, and I'm really glad I did. It's definitely improved! I've been happy with my nails every time since coming back. It looks like there are different nail techs working there now, which might explain the positive change, as I haven't seen the ones I had before. I also like that you can pay by bank transfer - really convenient.

I have come to city nails since it opened last year and every single time they smash the nail designs I come in with and none of them are simple. The girls and guys in store are all fantastic make you feel welcome from the moment you step in the shop. Visited today I showed a photo but she changed it as I wasn't fully after the design and she didn't disappoint once again. I've never ever had a bad set from these guys. Will always recommend to everyone

City Nails in my opinion is a gorgeous unique Nail Salon, right in the heart of Lichfield. The Staff are welcoming, the salon is beautiful. I wouldn't go anywhere else I can also highly recommend their pedicures (upstairs in their other beauty room)

Having suffered with nail biting since the age of 5, I had given up hope as my nail bed was so swollen and damaged. However, today, after 4 days of resisting the biting, I attended and was treated with such care and love by the staff. They did not judge me one bit-rather, they explained each step of the way and made me actually feel at ease for the first time in a nail salon. The technician was so gentle, patient, and just so skilled. They completely transformed my hands-I almost cried when I saw the final result. I haven't felt this confident to show my hands in years. And on top of that, the cost was just £40, which was such good value for the incredible service that I had. I was even given refreshments during my appointment, which made the experience just feel so friendly and relaxed. I'm so thankful and will certainly return.
