I recently visited this newly renovated salon for a deluxe pedicure and manicure, and I was genuinely impressed. The space is absolutely stunning - so modern, fresh, and luxurious. I especially loved the neutral colour scheme, it gives the whole place such a calm and elegant vibe. The deluxe pedicure was incredibly relaxing - everything from the soak to the massage was done with such care, and my feet felt amazing afterwards. The manicure came out beautifully as well, really neat and exactly how I wanted it. The staff are clearly very talented and take their time to make sure everything is perfect. The owner was fantastic - so welcoming, professional, and attentive. His customer service was outstanding, and you can tell he puts a lot of effort into making sure every client feels looked after. It's definitely worth the visit if you're after a bit of luxury and high-quality service. I'll definitely be returning!

Every visit to City Nails is such a treat! The salon has a calm, inviting atmosphere, and the whole team is so friendly and professional. It's always spotless and beautifully set up-super relaxing from the moment you walk in. Khoa, the manager, does an incredible job running the place. He's welcoming, organized, and truly cares about every customer's experience. You can tell he takes pride in making sure everything is perfect. I always get BIAB nails, and they never disappoint! The quality is consistently amazing-strong, natural-looking, and they last so well. Khoa is detail-oriented and really takes his time to get it just right.I show him a picture of what I want and he absolutely nails it every time - pun intended! 😄 All the staff here is so friendly and genuinely care about making sure you leave happy. City Nails has recently been refurbished and now has all new desks chairs and massage seats for pedicures. They also have a new range of colours to add to the extensive choices. I have been using them for 2 years and I always leave happy with my nails. I would highly recommend giving them a try I believe the do walk ins as well as appointments.

I've been going to City Nails Birmingham for a while now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are so lovely and always make me feel welcome. They take their time to make sure my nails are perfect every single visit, and the attention to detail is amazing. I opted for Biab she got the colour and nail shape spot on. The deluxe pedicure was a dream! And you can see the items used on your feet are fresh and packaged.
