I had an excellent experience at Cloud Nail Salon, and I want to specifically highlight Anna, who was absolutely brilliant. She was highly professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Anna took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, worked with great precision, and ensured everything was perfect. Her attention to detail is exceptional-her OCD is genuinely a bonus, as nothing is overlooked. The service felt both relaxing and high-quality, and I left extremely happy with the results. I would confidently recommend Anna to anyone looking for exceptional nail care.. Definitely recommend this to all ... The salon is clean, friendly, and really welcoming. Anna did my nails and she was amazing - super neat and precise. She really takes her time and makes sure everything looks perfect. I had such a lovely experience at Cloud Nails in Sidcup. From the moment you walk in, Ruby and the whole team make you feel so welcome. They offer you a drink, ask how your day has been, and genuinely take the time to chat with you - it feels relaxed and friendly rather than rushed. What really stands out is how much care they put into their work. They don't rush your nails at all; they take their time to make sure everything is perfect, which really gives you that full spa experience. The pedicures are absolutely amazing, especially with the choice of different scents for the foot spa treatment - such a nice touch. They do accept walk-ins, but I'd definitely recommend booking ahead as they get very busy (for good reason!). I always leave feeling pampered and happy with the results. Highly recommend Cloud Nails - a real gem in Sidcup.

Best nails I've ever had! The shape of the nails and french tip are perfect. The whole process of getting them done was enjoyable and never felt rushed. Great customer service too - they offered drinks and made sure I was happy with my nails at every step. I'll definitely be back soon and highly recommend! Thank you!

I went here today because the place I normally go to was extremely rude to me so I walked out. However I'm glad I did! Cloud Nails were amazing. They were kind and courteous! They did a great job on my nails. The pedicure was very relaxed and I never once felt rushed in there. Their coffee was delicious, unlike my old salon, and their prices were competitive. I will definitely go here again. My only hope is that as they are relatively new that nothing changes when they become more established! If things stay the same I can see myself being a long term customer!

I have recently started coming to cloud nails fo acrylics after finding many other nail salons were extremely pricey and would only last me for a week before they started to lift. I have found cloud nails student discount to be really helpful and the nails last for weeks with no lifting. Their designs are also amazing and all hand drawn. I highly recommend this nail salon.

I came in today to get my nails done, no appointment, and I walked in and got perfect nails! I was a bit apprehensive as many other nail salons are not necessarily great at nail art, however, no design is too much to ask for here. All I did was show a couple of photos and my nails were done incredibly fast and exactly how I like them. The staff here are so friendly and talented, I will definitely be back!💖💖
