I've been coming to this nail salon pretty much since they opened, and I honestly couldn't recommend them more. When I first started, my nails were in really bad condition. At the beginning, I'll admit I ignored their recommendations, but once I actually started listening and trusting their advice, my nails became stronger and healthier than they have ever been in my entire adult life. And that says a lot, because I've been getting my nails done for over eight years. What really sets this place apart is the communication. I've never been anywhere that checks in with you at every single step the way they do. If you imagine something a certain way, they make sure you're happy before curing it, which is amazing and so reassuring. You always feel involved in the process. On top of that, the atmosphere is just lovely. I always feel genuinely welcome, and when they offer you water, tea, or coffee, they truly mean it. It's those little things that make such a difference. I've never shown them a design they couldn't recreate perfectly. The talent in this place is unreal. So honestly, just book your freaking appointment. You won't regret it.

I got acrylic nails the other day at this salon, I was in a rush and chose this salon as it is near my area , I walked in and it was absolutely beautiful, felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. It was a very clean and welcoming environment, staff treated me straight away with friendly smiles and asked what I would like. A lovely man did my nails and was so gentle and kind , I changed my nail colour last minute, and he was so nice and didn't get annoyed at me and said it was all fine. He was quick but had top quality. My nails were done with care and accuracy. Which I loved. Definitely will be going back Thanks for this amazing team for doing my lovely nails xx !!

I had such an amazing experience at the salon yesterday morning! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and offered water, coffee, or tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. I was seated straight away and asked how I'd like my nails done. I wasn't totally sure what I wanted, but Hannah, the lovely technician who looked after me, was incredibly reassuring and kind. She suggested a shape that would suit me really well, and I ended up choosing a beautiful French tip design that I absolutely love! When it came to my thumb, I had an issue from a previous nail artist (nothing to do with Hannah), and she very professionally advised not to work on that nail just yet to avoid making it worse. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood why she was skipping it for now. I really appreciated how much she cared about the health of my nails, not just how they looked. She told me to come back in a few days once it's healed, and then she'd finish it off, which I thought was so professional and responsible. Honestly, it's rare to find someone so thoughtful and knowledgeable. I felt really well looked after, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Thank you, Hannah! 💅✨

This was my second visit here and the service was amazing as usual. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was even offered a cup of coffee which never has happened at any other salons I've been to. My nails were perfect as well. Highly impressed with the service and I will definitely be back.
