Always the best experience, went in there today and we both had a lovely time. Our nails look fabulous and we were treated like royalty. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Just wanted to write a review on here as there was a lady that put a negative review but was all lies as I was sitting right next to her. They dealt with the situation professionally and gave her advice which she ignored. 1) the staff in there are the sweetest people I've ever met 2) if you want a different shape you need to get a brand new set which they recommend for you so that you can get the best service out of them 3) had a brand new set done and it only took 1 and half hours which is brilliant 4) I've been going to them since they first opened and they welcome you with open arms and make you feel welcome and comfortable, I've never had a bad experience with them. Always the best I could ask for They are honestly the best in there and I would highly recommend. They are the best and sweetest. Thank you so much for my nails up there with one of my favourite sets 🫶 To all the workers in there keep you head up and don't let the negative comments affect you, you are all amazing and put very hard work in ☺️
