  I went to Creative Nails today for the first time today. They were very attentive and gave good advice as my nails were breaking and in bad condition despite having them done for years at another nail salon. Kim went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I really appreciated her taking the time to do this. They are all really friendly in there and and give excellent customer service. I will be back!

  The team at Creative Nails Banstead are always so lovely and welcoming! Every visit is such a nice experience. They're friendly, professional, and genuinely care about what they do. I've never been disappointed with my nails. They always pay great attention to detail and make sure you leave happy. If I've ever pointed out something I wasn't quite sure about, they've been more than happy to fix it to make sure I'm completely satisfied. I really appreciate their kindness and consistency.
