I am not sure I can capture in words how amazing Chiara is. First of all, she is incredibly professional and cares about the health of your nails like it's nobody's business. She uses the most gentle products and methods and puts the health of your nails before anything else. Because of her amazing care, I haven't had to take a break from shellac in over 2 years, which is incredible. My nails are in amazing shape! Secondly, she is so so SO amazingly talented. She loves what she does and it shows in a very real way. She helps you pick a good colour, helps out with fun glitter, effect and foil choices and options and is not happy until you love the way your nails look. She always checks you like the shape, length, colour and is incredibly generous with her time. My nails always look incredible, and I mean always because thanks to Chiara my mani lasts for weeks and people always compliment me. Chiara is kind, caring and super friendly. She incredible at what she does and has such a great eye for colour, trends and a steady hand for all the great nail art. She cares about her clients and goes above and beyond for them. She has ruined me for any other salon and I don't know if I can ever sing her praises or recommend her enough. In the three years since I've posted this review Chiara has only gotten better and better. I've come to see Chiara for almost 8 years now and I would and will never go anywhere else. I get so many compliments on my nails ALWAYS and it's all due to Chiara's skill and incredible creativity. I cannot recommend her highly enough - she loves her job and is just the nicest, sweetest and most professional nail tech I have ever met. Her prices are truly criminal as you get so much more than what you pay for. If you're lucky enough to book with her she is always happy to accommodate requests with enough notice in case you have something in mind; if not your are truly in the best hands in the business as she will come up with something amazing for you every time.

Wonderful nail technician. I've also had a french done and she takes her time to get the detail and balance right. Wonderfully even white tips that lasted 4 weeks! Lovely quality of gel nail varnish as well. All for an affordable price! Under 40 GBP for a gel mani with removal of previous. I'll be returning regularly. Pictures illustrate the state when freshly done. and then the state 4 weeks later (4 weeks during which I did heavy gardening including handling perlite, cleaning etc all with no gloves).

My first ever gel manicure. The nail technician Chiara is incredible. The whole procedure was carefully explained. The different types of nail services, polish colours and decorative art designs were discussed extensively. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. The room was well lit and well ventilated. I was offered water on arrival. The nail polishes available are extensive. As I couldn't decide on a subtle pink colour I was able to try a multitude of different pinks on my nails to see what the end result would look like. This helped ensure that I was happy to go ahead with the same colour for all my nails. The gel polish was set/dried on to my nails with a heating machine (not painful). The final art work for my nails was trialled in rose gold to match - and the combination was perfect. I am super delighted with the results. The online booking via Instagram was easy to use. The booking confirmation is instant. I am delighted to have been introduced to Chiara by word of mouth. The salon is located near Aldgate East station. It is easy to find. You need to climb a narrow flight of stairs to enter. So if you have any mobility issues- this is not an ideal location for you. I would recommend Chiara to everyone. She is very skilled and has a great eye artistic. You can trust her recommendations. The end product is wonderful. The photos do not give the nails justice. There is a 7 day guarantee provided for gel nails - in case they get chipped and damaged. Which I feel is a super generous offer. Over a week later - the nails look immaculate. Everyone should come here!

Chiara is by far the best nail technian I have ever been to. I won't go anywhere else! She's incredibly friendly and everyone I have recommended her to has become a regular. She's a perfectionist and will always take the time to recommend the best treatment for your nails. The place is lovely and makes getting your nails done a much calmer and more enjoyable experience than visiting a busy salon!

I've been getting my nails done by Chiara for around 2 years now and have always been so happy with the quality and overall experience in general. Chiara is absolutely lovely and really takes the time to make sure you're happy with the nail shape/ colour etc instead of rushing through the treatment like some salons sometimes do. The salon environment is great and she has an a really wide selection of colours to choose from as well as offering glitter and nail art. I'm incredibly picky with who does my nails but can safely say Chiara is absolutely amazing at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality CND manicure in London!
