I'm surprised to see negative reviews for this salon as my experiences here have only been very positive! There are many competitor nail salons in the area but Cupcake Nails do a great job with meticulous eye for detail to make sure I am always satisfied with the outcome (as I've been to other places where they rush and end up cutting too much of my cuticle and it ends up bleeding) The staff are also really accommodating whenever I walk in to try and squeeze me in for an appointment and still have great results! Booking online is also really easy if I ever want to make an appointment The environment is clean and tidy with good circulation so it never smells of acetone compared to some other nail salons. Although a little on the pricier end you get what you pay for! Good service, nails that last and great atmosphere.

This has been my local nail salon for over 3 years. The team are super friendly and the service they offer is excellent. If ever I'm indecisive they offer help and suggestions. My nails always last until my next appointment which is easily booked online or on the phone. Would highly recommend.

My absolute fav nail salon in London. I always get my nails done here after trying a few nail salon in Marylebone and being disappointed every time . My nails always last a good 3 weeks and always done to perfection. The team are also really friendly and always have a laugh with them which makes my nail appointment even more enjoyable .

I went to this salon on a whim after reading the reviews. I honestly think this salon is fantastic with their ever ending choices of colours and services. The salon is very clean. I had a biab manicure and it was the best manicure I've had and still lasting 4 weeks with no chips. Will def return.... Ignore the bad reviews, you won't regret it.
