I had old acrylic removed then builder gel with gel polish applied to my natural nail, which I absolutely love! Not only was the price more than reasonable, the ladies that work here are brilliant. Very friendly, thorough and careful always checking theyre not hurting or burning your nail away which has happened to me so many times before in other salons!

**update** I have been back and discussed my issues with the owner, as I've been many, many times and always been happy except for this incident, I have decided to change my rating. I will be giving the girl another chance as the owner swears that it was an unfortunate one off so everything will be good going forward. Owner is lovely and an AMAZING technician and super super friendly, thank you again for my lashes! I love them! ** Booked a full set of Russians with a girl i have used before, used to get them done here all the time but haven't been back for a year as I had 2 kids in 2 years so thought I knew what I was getting. Walk in 5 mins before my app and told to sit down.. 5 mins later another 2 girls walk in and ask for a service, eyebrow wax? She sits one of the two girls down and does the treatment on her first? It doesn't take long but I wasn't asked if this was okay since it was now into my appointment time so 10 past we get to my eyelashes. Half past and she's done.. a full set of Russians.. they take MUCH longer to do and when I looked at them I could tell but they weren't too bad so thought it's fine, I'd already paid anyway, well the days following, I can feel that my lashes have too much weight on them as there are too many on top of each other so, bad application and they are pulling my own eyelashes out. Nothing I can do about it so I keep caring for them and now I've woken up with a really bad stye from the continous pull of these lashes on my own. They are up and down left and right they're just bad all around and look awful, most have fell out already after 2 weeks. Where was the girl I originally chose? Is this new girl brand new? She needs more training as it takes more than 20/25 minutes to do a FULL set of brand new Russians. If this can be remedied then please let me know as they're still causing me problems but cannot remove them myself.
