  I've been going here for about a year now and I have no negatives whatsoever. The shop is lovely, warm and clean with great toilet facilities and everyone is so nice and friendly. I'm always offered a hot drink and the staff actually remember stuff you've mentioned on previous visits (which I think is a beautiful touch of customer service) - they're willing to try whatever design I walk in with and always execute it perfectly. The prices are reasonable and the products used are top quality (I'm talking I needed serious infilling but my nails were still perfect after weeks!) I recommend D&L to everybody! I wish them nothing but further success!
