  I had such a great experience with Nam, my nail tech. After my initial appointment, a few of my nails needed adjusting, and he kindly redid them for me completely free of charge. What really stood out was that he did not just fix them to the same standard. He improved them and made sure they matched the exact lengths I wanted the second time around. Nam was gracious, kind, and consistently polite throughout the whole process. He took real care to make sure the final result was of a very high standard, even though he was redoing the work. I felt genuinely comfortable during my visit, and the salon atmosphere was lovely. It was very clean, welcoming, and professional. I have been here before and will definitely be returning again. I would happily recommend Nam to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive nail technician.

  I've been coming to this nail salon for over two years and have never had a single issue. My nails are always done quickly and with great precision, which is exactly what I look for. The technicians are truly wonderful-friendly, funny, and always a pleasure to chat with. The only downside is how busy it gets, especially on Saturdays, but that just shows how popular they are.   First time visiting last week Saturday to get dip powder on my natural nails. They removed the previous application I had. The gentleman who did it filed exactly the shape I wanted and the thinness I preferred. One week later and everything still in tact so pretty pleased.

  I lost one of my nail on Saturday and I called 17:30 to my nail place ,,Lilley Nails,, explained situation and that I could be there in next 15 min but they refused to fix my nail. So I walked down the dartford High Road and off chance asked if anyone can help me. I almost lost hope when I walked trough these doors lovely lady called Tracey fixed my nail. I was so happy that decided to do my new infils with this lovely 😍 team. In picture is my new infils 👌 made by Nham. Really lovely person and atmosphere was amazing 👏 Thank you so much ❤️ for everything ❤️
