Nice looking and clean place. It was my first time in this place, the service was great, friendly people. For me the big bonus was that I wasn't forced into small talking 😀 it's so tiring when you go for a beauty or hair treatment and you are expected to chat throughout the appointment. The lady doing my treatment was very tactful, very delicate and didn't talk to me apart from giving me instructions if she needed me to do something. It's a very busy and popular place, there were few other ladies there, they are regular customers which speaks a lot about their quality and service. I will definitely go back there again

Gorgeous new salon in Hall Green/Shirley, in a row of shops really needing modern businesses like hers. Mika is a lovely person and her gel manicure is one of the best I've ever had - such attention to detail, accuracy and care taken - right down to the circles, really neat paint work. Lovely hand massage and cream to finish. Huge selection of colours and her nail art designs look fab too (haven't tried these out yet myself!) Salon is a lovely space and the pedicure chairs are also really comfortable - she did a great pedicure removal for me another time too. A very happy new customer! :)

As for the nail art, this is exactly what I had imagined when wanting to match my work uniform; and Mika grasped the idea perfectly. I had a BIAB gel manicure and it was such a good job. The salon is lovely, relaxed and welcoming. I can't believe how neat and tidy my cuticles and nails are, so much better than when I do it at home 🙈 really looking forward to making it a regular thing now that I've been to Dear Nail once. Would 100% recommend them.
