Very friendly stuff who seems to have photographic memories of a conversation you had two months ago. The quality of the cut is always good and for a very decent price. The service is excellent and reliable. The premises are always clean with seating available for you to wait.

Staff very friendly,welcoming no awkward atmosphere on arrival which I found at a lot of salons I've visited as a new customer... Staff include waiting customers in conversations ...not left to sit and look out of the window or wait until its your time to sit in chair and have hair done and then get spoken too.(which is usually false small talk that is said to all customers) they also advise on any concerns you may have about your hair or any hair products.. Very professional, while being very friendly too... I would 100% recommend headfirst to anybody
