I walked in today just behind a large group, they let me know there would be a wait and I was happy to just sit and wait my turn. When it came to having my nails done I showed them a reference image, they were very quick, happy for me to make an adjustment and fix a small smudge on one of the flowers. Nice people and lots of banter too.

I went here yesterday and although there was a few people waiting before me but it wasn't a long wait only about 10 minutes which isn't bad at all. Now when I got my nails they were very nice and the person who did my nails was very kinda and kept checking with me to see if I liked them and didn't mind when I asked if they could be shorter. Overall great service and would definitely recommend and come again!

Staff were very friendly as well as the other customers, as soon as I went in they let me know there'd be a wait and roughly how long it would be. Nails were exactly what I wanted. After each step I was asked if I was happy with them so far or if I wanted to change anything. This was my first time getting acrylics and was very pleased with the whole experience, as well as the final product! :)

I was extremely happy to find this place ( thanks to hubby). I move from the US to the Harrogate. Dung & Lee do an awesome job with my nails. Every few months I return to the states, this last visit I needed to have my nails done. The nail salon back home in California was amazed with Dungs work as well as my family and friends. With the compliments that I received back home, it confirms I'm at the best nail salon in town. I recommend to all.
