This is the place to go if you are a perfectionist and want your nails look first class!! I regularly have my nails done here and they are always spot on. Great attention to detail, friendly and most importantly the nails always look great and last exceptionally (even after a holiday). They also have great advice for my daughter with what would look and be best for her age (11) - this again shows that they care for their customers and are not just out to take money. Excellent service from start to finish. I moved my appointment time earlier with no problem and was welcomed when I arrived. I was seen 10 minutes before my time slot and offered a refreshment once I sat down. I had infills and they turned out amazing love the orange/coral colour picked out for me as I was unsure on what colour to go for, but it was checked I liked them before painted on my nails. A lovely environment for getting your nails down. Attentive and patient with customers.

This has got to be the cleanest nail shop I've ever been in. All the staff were welcoming and had good chat. They were able to fit me in last minute for hands and feet and for the first time ever I've come home without having to re file or alter them. I don't live in Rayleigh but I've most definitely found my new nail shop from now on. 10/10 ✨
