Since I moved to Hartlepool from London with my daughter, I have been to many other nails salon... But weren't satisfied with the job done... So I came across "Diva Nails" and I must say the atmosphere is so nice it more like a family orientated atmosphere. Even the customers that are waiting for their turn are friendly. Not like my old home town London where customers are so, uptight and have no manners. But at Diva Nails, they would offer you a hot or cold drink of your choice. But, you would leave with a smile on your face, after the service, as soon as you open the door you're welcome with a smile... Even my 13 year old daughter loves going there to get her nails done for summer holidays and Christmas 🎄. The male owner are very friendly and does a clean job, he even builds up a conversation with you and he listens but he doesn't judge. His wife is very professional and friendly orientated with her knowledge. I recommend an one to go there, the pedicure service is brilliant, they would set up the massage chair 💺 for you while you are waiting to have a pedicure done. I am a very satisfied customer.

was a little bit of a wait but the staff were very professional and incredibly friendly, salon is clean and well kept and results are incredible :) will absolutely return!! cheap prices too, £38 for a full set of acrylics with nail art even though it took them absolutely ages to finish my set (because of the detail) - would recommend to anybody!

Amazing nail salon very clean and the staff are always friendly and professional. The acrylics are always beautiful and last a long time. There can be a bit of a wait on a Saturday but it's the busiest time so you would anticipate there will be queues. I wouldn't go anywhere else I go every 3-4 weeks and I've never been disappointed loved my nails every time 🙂
