I noticed there was only one review from someone who unfortunately didn't get to experience the amazing work ethic and professionalism that I did. John did my pedicure and manicure and I have to say it's the best pedicure I've ever had. He also showed extreme patience after he had just finished my manicure and I stubbed both my thumbs! I felt so bad but he simply removed the nail varnish and redid them with courteous politeness. I have subsequently shared this little treasure trove with friends who I'm sure will be supporting this establishment. Well done! See you next time I'm in Essex! I will be back!
