I've had consistently great experiences at Dream Nails Gallions Reach! On my last visit, Dovile did my nails and they looked absolutely stunning - she created a beautiful French ombré with a chrome finish that was flawless. A few months ago, Kim was my manicurist and she also did an amazing job - professional, friendly, and with great attention to detail. Every visit has been relaxing and I'm always really happy with the results. Highly recommend both Dovile and Kim if you're visiting!

One of the best salons, if not the best in the area. The nail technicians are super friendly, my nails are always beautiful and exactly how I asked for. I have been going to the salon for almost 2 years, used to book with Frankie but have also had other nail technicians and the job is always outstanding. Nittaya did my 5 year old's nails for Christmas and she left super happy, feeling all grown up! Harpreet is very gentle while threading (I was very nervous due to a past and experience, but she was brilliant and always super nice to chat to). I highly recommend their services!

Visited today for the first time and booked a pedi and mani. WOW! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff members and i felt so welcomed. Oana took such great care of me, not only did she do an amazing job with my nails, but she made sure i was okay with everything and took care extra and attention to the job. She was so lovely and kind, and her customer skills were 10/10! Absolutely will be back. Thank you for taking care of me 🩷

Best nail and wax experience I've ever had! First I got a full set with cat eye gels done by a lovely young lady (I think her name was Oana - very sorry if I got that !) and then waxing by Harpreet. Both were really lovely and chatty which really put me ease. The service was amazing - and these are definitely the best nails I've ever had! Came here for the first time today, as my sister recommended me. She'd been there the day before for the first time too and she also gave a shining review! We'll definitely be back 💜

Spa pedicure was okay but more attention could have been given to the polishing like the Nail Techs do in South London. Mundeep gave a nice deep tissue massage. Happy that they accommodated me short notice but there was no birthday discount, no loyalty scheme, no first time customer discount! Please work on this. UPDATE: I have been back to collect a loyalty card which was stamped for me by the Manager, who was pleasant and friendly.
