Service was exceptional here! I asked for a manicure with a design and I am very happy with the results!! They are professionals and they get the job done so quick, yet patient with you and will be willing to do the design you show them to do. They are so polite here and the price is very reasonable! 10/10 recommend!!

My fav place to get my nails done, good price, good staff, good quality and usually pretty speedy, couldn't fault the place. Update - another phenomenal set, super fast but done exactly as i asked, the nail art stuns me every time, they fixed my snapped nail very gently and i am delighted with yet another set. As always the staff were lovely and fit me in immediately, they were lovely and chatty as always and were very nice even though it ran past closing. So happy to be back!

I always go to this place every time I get a nail emergency while I'm around the area. Few things to take note before you go(for context all of these are ok with me hence why I go). Before that I'd like to say how much I actually like this place(service, pricing, and end product) thus the 5 star rating. 1. Its ran by a Vietnamese family(from what I gather) they all know how to speak english but they do talk in their own language to each other. I personally don't mind this but I know a few people might feel uncomfortable by this. My take is, just let them do their thing. 2. If you are very picky with sanitation, just go somewhere else as they won't be as "high end" as you want it to be. I mean, look at their pricing. Base your expectations on the pricing... I personally am not bothered by this and honestly the nail remover feels strong enough to be killing all the bacteria anyway. To me I just get what I paid for. 3. They do have a booking system BUT if you come in at a busy time you will have to wait, you'll get your chance and honestly they work quite quick so you'll be out of there in no time. Overall honestly I've always had a great experience with amazing nails after so I can't really complain. They're all very polite and really listen to what you want done.

I am so impressed with this nail shop! I previously went to Durham Nails for years! However it started to be hit & miss depending on who I got doing them. I was never able to get infills as they never lasted 2 weeks, some would come off days after being done! The shaping started to become off also. So I researched other nail shops & decided on here & I wasn't disappointed! I got one set of acrylics done & I've been able to have 2 infills since! Both 3 weeks apart without any coming off! I'm super happy with the customer service, the quality of my nails & the price. I look forward to being a returning customer here.
