I highly recommend Elaine's Lounge Reflexology! Elaine is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented reflexologist. She took the time to clearly explain the process and therapy, and went through my medical history before beginning treatment. I initially came in for back pain (from long work shifts spent sitting), anxiety, and poor sleep due to hormonal imbalance. After just six sessions, the improvements were remarkable! Elaine was spot-on in identifying areas on my feet that corresponded to my aches and pains. She tailored each session to my specific needs and even identified past issues I hadn't mentioned. She also offered helpful suggestions I could implement at home. One of the things I loved most was the cosy, welcoming atmosphere of the lounge-it was spotless, calm, and beautifully set up, adding to the overall experience. This is my go to nail salon in Stortford! Every appointment feels like star treatment. Elaine is so welcoming and friendly, and very chatty. Nail Lounge has such a family feel to it, you can tell it's family run. Everything is done with care and precision, and the customer service is fantastic! I really wouldn't go anywhere else 💅 ☀️

Amazing, clean and professional work - Elaine is great at making you feel comfortable and the one to one service in her room feels a lot calmer than a regular salon. I got my acrylic nails removed after the second lockdown and there was absolutely no judgement on how terrible they looked after my own attempt at removing them. Definitely recommend!
