  I had my nails done here today and I got a same day appointment, the staff were excellent and did an amazing job I can't rate them highly enough I had a pedicure paint and back and leg massage £20 total cost but not gel £10 more for gel. But for pedicure alone totally worth it I am thrilled "I'll be back"

  The only place I will get my nails done on the high street, by far the best. The staff are so lovely, friendly, welcoming and professional. I am always pleased with my nails when I leave. They also offer a loyalty card which is great value for someone who regularly gets their nails done. They have adapted since the salons have reopened requesting everyone to wear a face mask in order to access the salon, use hand gel upon entry and take your personal details. I felt completely safe during my manicure and pedicure all staff were wearing PPE and bookings were by appointment only. I would highly recommend this salon.

  Fantastic customer service! Always welcoming to me, always do a fantastic job on my nails also. Please be patient because we a great job comes a lot of work and sometimes a wait, experienced a disgusting women being just awful to them today because she had to wait shouting at them and saying they wasn't doing their job properly I couldn't help but tell her to leave off! Even with her being just a horrible person they couldn't try and help her anymore when really they should of just told her to go away. This shop is extremely hard working and once you get your turn please just be nice! It's now their fault we all want our nails done. Thank you as always guys and I'm sorry you had to deal with such a vile human today. Well done for keeping your cool because I couldn't! See you in 2 weeks. Ron x

  I have been going to Elegant Nails for 4 years and have always walked out happy with my nails (hands & feet). They are by far the best nail salon on the high street and reasonably priced. They do get really busy at times but if that's my only complaint, well, I don't think that's a negative.
