Every time I go here they are so meticulous and put so much effort into your nails. I had injured my thumb myself at work, and the man that did my nails was so gentle with my thumb nail. They ask you a couple times before moving along to the next process if you are happy with your length and shape, so if you're unhappy with the final outcome, that's on you for not being clear enough!! I'm really pleased with my nails and the time and effort put into them - thank you.
