Ella Nails Salon is by far the most clean and professional nail salon in Colchester and the surrounding area. The salon is spotless, beautifully maintained, and feels welcoming. The staff are highly skilled, attentive, and truly take pride in their work. Every service is done to the highest standard, with great attention to detail and hygiene. I leave feeling relaxed and impressed with the results. Definitely come back for my next biab sets.

A few months ago I started coming to Ella's House after a recommendation from my friend that is an existing client. Every single visit I've had, the staff are all extremely friendly with each other and their clients, it's such a lovely atmosphere (not a typical awkward salon environment) and their work is always exceptional and the salon is always clean. Every person I've had has clearly been trained very well and listens to their client. I usually see Crabby and she is so friendly, listens to what I want but also is good at recommending if I'm not sure & it always comes out amazing. Highly highly recommend.

I was that problem client today. I went in asking for infills but after Ella and her nail tech saw my nails they advised a soak off and new acrylic. I'd forgotten that id had about 5 infills and was overdue a soak off. New tip added to my broken nail and acrylic overlays done. Loved the advice I got. Loved the design I got. Yes its a little pricey since the cost increase a few months ago but I like the atmosphere in here. Nigel on the front desk is always helpful at matching colours to my inspiration pics. What i would like to see would be a mystery design offered as I struggle to come up with my own ideas! As long as my nails are healthy and pretty, Im a happy client.

Really good, always love my nails from here, best place in Colchester and the salon is also gorgeous. Only thing is the staff talk amongst each other in their language in the salon which is completely fine but sometimes I feel like they are talking about the customers, it might just be me being paranoid but I think not making it look like you are talking about the customer would be much better for your customer service. Anyway, I always go here to get my nails done and I am always happy with the results!
