I highly recommend Em nails and spa they are friendly and so extremely talented at nail art. My nails always look better than the reference picture and one time my nails lasted for about 6 weeks without chipping or peeling which I haven't experienced anywhere else.

Finally I've found a great nail technician! Em has such amazing attention to detail, so easy to talk to and friendly. Not many places nowadays have a nice atmosphere, you usually sit there quietly while the other person rushes through your nails but Em was the complete opposite. Took her time, made the effort to get to know me and even focused on cuticle care which not many places seem to do anymore. It's the first time I've been to the shop and despite living in Sittingbourne, I will definitely go back there again because she was amazing! Thank you so much, I love my nails!

Me and my daughter went and had our nails done here today, after being a regular customer at another salon in Maidstone and the customer service going way down hill, I decided to try somewhere new. They were amazing! Customer service is 10/10 and nail art is amazing! Nothing was too much. They discussed the plan and checked you are happy after every step.

First time I've used Em Nails & spa. Very pleasantly surprised. The staff are very detailed oriented, polite, friendly and take their time to ensure a great result and experience. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed, music isn't too loud, just low background noise. My appointment was for infills. They listened to what I wanted, checked that I was happy at every stage of the process, including the thickness of the nails. After they had finished my nails and I washed my hands they also massaged my hands with hand cream. Very professional service, in a lovely environment with very good staff. Spoke with other clients during my appointment and they were also very relaxed, happy with the service and spoke highly of the staff. One of the best nails salons I've been to and would highly recommend.
