I have my nails done here regularly and they have always looked pretty and last. I don't get false nails but gel polish. The only problem is the language barrier but the owner normally instructs the staff as to what I want.
July 2025Where to start to say I wasn't happy is an understatement nails just weren't what I asked for and I really struggled with voicing my feelings But I did and and the lady I spoke to immediately said I will do your nails again come back tomorrow ( as it was late ) I agreed she (sorry I don't know her name ) did my nails and toes herself with great attention to the shape and polish finish outstanding result I also had my eyebrows done while this was happening the lady left as she needed to go to Tesco Came to pay No charge 😱 I cannot believe this lady gave over an hour of her time to give me the result I wanted thank you for taking the time to give me great customer service
