Alona my nail tech is absolutely brilliant. She's very precise and thorough. Very polite. Her nail tech is perfect. I would definitely recommend Alona to anyone. She's perfect. I feel the salon owner does need to update the colours and introduce new colours. Also the nail technicians need to be allowed a little more time than 30 mins, sometimes it feels like a rush job. Although Alona does a perfect job every time. But the customer service skills by the management need to be a bit more polite and professional.

Personally, I think there is no better nail salon than Eniko's! I don't know many nail salons who only care for natural nails; no add-ons of any shape or kind! I love going in here knowing my nails will be cared for. The salon is so pretty and always neat and tidy! I don't know the name of the guy at reception but he is always friendly,polite and professional! The nail technicians are full of smiles and professional too! The added bonus is the prices are affordable too! Just make sure you book early as appointments are gone in a flash. If they are, send a text to their mobile number and every effort will be made to get you a slot. I know because that has happened to me a number of times!
