This place is amazing!!! The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate your needs! I went to get acrylics done for my birthday, the woman there was super helpful and helped picked the colours down to the T! The nail technician is like no other, he knows what suits your nails and makes it look amazing!! I asked for swirly nails and he did it perfectly. The place is extremely clean, I can see why they're called 5 star nails!

Back to alter my previous review which wasn't very positive, for a while I'd stopped using this salon as the nails were rushed and uneven each time I'd been. While I wouldn't say they are 5 stars, they have definitely improved. At times, Ping can be a bit rude to customers, she is hilarious in my eyes (you don't need to speak their language to know what they're saying) and simply has no time for awkward customers 😂. It's a stereotypical East London nail salon, no frills attached, but if you know what you want and tell them, you'll get it. It won't be exactly like the £200 manicure you saw on insta so be realistic..this place is cheap and cheerful, and open late for after work appointments so they get my vote. The only thing I do miss that's changed over time, is being offered a cup of tea...

This is a love or hate it shop. Yes they are brusque. The price is great. Cash only. My biab was taken off really well. Smells very strongly of acetone that it's hard to breathe. Bring your own mask. Expect it to be busy at the time you think it's quietest so best to call ahead.
