I have a while since I'm getting my manicure or pedicure done at this place. I have few favourites (Chloe, Ann being few of them, but last time I was impressed by DAVID (who I called all day Harry lol so sorry). Been going to Five Star since around 2008. Never had any complaints regarding my treatment, the staff have mostly been friendly, I think a few have been shy. Started off with Tina many years ago, now with Ruby. Ruby is lovely & friendly, listens to what you want, checks regularly all is ok. She's an asset for sure
