I've been coming to this salon for over 3 years now, and I can confidently say it's one of the most welcoming and professional places I've ever visited. Lilly , Rose and June always greet me with such warmth and kindness-it truly feels like visiting family. Even when I call last-minute or show up without an appointment, they somehow always find a way to fit me in without making me feel like an inconvenience. Lilly has been doing my nails for years now, and I've never had a single issue. Her attention to detail and creativity with nail designs are unmatched. I always leave with nails I absolutely love. Their pedicures are also the best I've ever had-so relaxing and thorough every single time. One of the small but thoughtful touches I really appreciate is being offered tea and biscuits and they always do the same for babies if they ever come with me. It adds to the calm, comforting atmosphere. And whenever I have my children with me, the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. They also offer facials and other aesthetic treatments, so it's a one-stop shop for self-care. I couldn't recommend this salon more-consistently excellent service, lovely staff, and a place I always look forward to visiting.

Beautiful space, super clean, the friendliest staff! Since I moved to the UK, I have been looking for a nail salon that meets my standards. This salon exceeded my expectations! Lily and her team are customer service oriented, which can be hard to find. I was in and out in under an hour (my manicure and pedicure were done simultaneously - love). The man who did my pedicure was super attentive and is an expert at nail maintenance. My feet are impossibly soft. The woman who painted my toe nails was excellent, too. I did not need to ask her for another coat or to clean up the extra polish. Lily did my BIAB infill on my natural nails. The shape is perfect, the polish is exactly the way I wanted, no notes. I am beyond satisfied and will be returning for my monthly maintenance. THANK YOU 💗

I'm finally in the Head Spa club!!!! I have been itching to get this done since it blew up all over tiktok, and little did I realise it would be a stones throw away from home. This latest service at Flawless will have a que out the door. I went for option 4 as an indulgent early birthday present to myself, and boy, am I glad I did. From a relaxing massage to a facial to every head massage imaginable. Lily took great care in educating me on all the positive properties in all things Head Spa and the reasons why it's becoming such a hit in the UK. This is the perfect treat for yourself or your loved one for any occasion. This can be done solo or great as a couple of treatment, too. With 4 great packages to choose from you can't go wrong.
