  This was my first time coming to the salon and all I can say is that I was massively impressed. Laiba was amazing, her customer service, care for the customer and ensuring that her work is 10/10 is lovely to see. Many of the salons I went to previously didnt pay attention to small details like cuticles etc however Laiba ensured that every nail is perfected and the cuticles were well looked after. Im glad I was recommended Laiba and Im glad Ive found a new nail tech to look after my nails. 10/10 for absolutely everything, looking forward to my next appointment :)

  Bit of a late review.. got my nails done for a wedding.. gel polish hand and feet. Actually forgot to take a picture when they were done so there's one of me ready for the wedding. The technician herself is so lovely.. I love talking to her we always have a mini gossip sess everytime I have an appointment she's just such a vibe. She pays attention to detail always asks at each step if I want anything changing.. she's just the best😌❤️

  I had an amazing experience getting hard gel extensions! LK is incredibly talented and paid such close attention to detail, making sure my nails looked absolutely perfect💓.   After going to various nail shops over the years, all destroying my own nails every time with their rushed short cut nail treatments. I thought I would give this nail shop one last shot at getting my nails professionally after reading the reviews. Oh my what a lovely young lady definitely knows her stuff, very welcoming made you feel so comfortable, she did the most amazing job on my nails, my cuticles have never been done correctly before, they now look so good. She really takes her time on you making sure you're happy with in the process. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend to my friends and family. I was more than happy to pay that bit more for such high quality work. Amazing keep it up ❤️😘

  I've been to my fair share of nail salons but wow the service here is impeccable! As soon as I arrived she offered me a beverage and was very chatty and attentive to my needs, she took her time making sure my pedicure was perfect and made sure I was relaxing fully!   Finally I have found someone who can actually do nails properly. The care and attention to detail LK gave was fabulous and it was lovely chatting about all sorts of interesting topics. The salon is light and clean and LK radiates positive good energy. So I am now going to be a returning customer😊 This has been the best nail experience to date.
