  Never have I ever received top notch pedicure service in a saloon before. The saloon is very well decorated, clean and well organized. I felt a sense of warmth and comfort when I walked in. The two ladies were welcoming and even offered me tea and water. The pedicure was very well scrubbed and massaged, I started feeling sleepy throughout the process. My feet has never looked good before! Definitely worth your time and money. I would definitely recommend this place for the pedicure as they will do a proper job rather than rushing like other places, they took exactly an hour with me. I will definitely be visiting again for a manicure.

  So please with my experience with Alida, she was honestly the loveliest nail tech I've ever met, made me feel very comfortable and welcome! Went above and beyond she was closing but agreed to do a pedicure for me even after a long day honestly 11/10 customer service will now be my go to spot in Leicester to get my monthly pedi!   I have been coming to Gloss and Glow for a couple of months now and I've had a few different treatments - a pedicure with gel nails, a manicure with BIAB and dual form extentions. Every time I visit the salon I feel calm and relaxed as if I have been to a spa. The atmosphere in the salon is warm, positive and uplifting as all the ladies are so friendly. The service from Alida is brilliant and I am very particular about the quality and durability of my nails as I am very heavy handed. Alida makes sure your nails are the very best they can be before you leave the salon. It's so refreshing to have found such a fabulous salon that takes such good care of its customers. I recommend that you visit as you are missing a treat if you don't!

  I just had the best experience at Gloss & Glow Salon in Leicester yesterday! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how beautifully clean and welcoming the salon is. The ladies there are so friendly, making you feel right at home! I had the most amazing pedicure with Baleena-she really knows how to pamper you! Her attention to detail is truly outstanding, and her massages and nail painting are just perfect. I also got my brows laminated and had an eyelash lift done by Alida. Again, I felt so comfortable and relaxed; she really takes her time and aims for perfection. Alida is not only super skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly! Lida, the manager, was absolutely lovely too! She goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy, from offering drinks to chatting about nails. The whole atmosphere is just beautiful and wholesome. A big thank you to all the wonderful ladies! I can't wait to come back soon!
