Lovely place, always clean and comfortable. Staff are so lovely and prices are amazing. Came here after a poor experience with my old go to and have never gone back. Have always had an especially lovely experience with Mary, very friendly and shows a lot of detail and care with my nails whilst being efficient. Thank you!

I've been going to Goldenfile for around four years now after so many bad experiences in different places, there a reason they're one of the longest running salons in Cardiff! My nails are always perfect and I'm not the easiest person to do nail design for because I like things just right, but I always have a good time there and the customer service has always been amazing, I'm even on a first name basis with the staff! And it's been like this since the beginning! Whenever there has been a nail chip or break I've been able to get it fixed, they've even redone a whole set for me before because I changed my mind halfway through! Looking at some of the recent reviews it seems like either they didn't explain very well what they wanted, or they gave off a rude and unfriendly vibe themselves. It takes effort to build a good relationship with a nail tech who does hundreds of nails a week.

I've been going to Golden file for over a year now every time my nails are done they're perfect, all the staff are lovely and great at what they do. It can get busy so be prepared to wait, but it's well worth the weight for how good the service is!
