I am really body conscious and since I became unwell and my life totally changed have really struggled. Today I was made welcome and felt at ease. I felt really cared for and looked after. The treatment was beautiful and Becky checked in with me throughout. So much so I have booked further treatments with her and have just recommended her to my friends and locally. My nails were so sore from where I took my own acrylic nails off ( mistake!) and where I had been picking them, I knew Emma would never judge me so I booked in on the same day - I couldn't believe she had appointments left! She is the kindest person ever and kept my little girl (who was adamant on coming with me to see Emma ) very busy and amused. Her nails are always completely perfect and it's genuinely a pleasure coming to see her, I always leave really happy. She has never once let me down in years now and knows exactly what I like, sometimes I just let her choose as I trust her so much. Please never leave as myself , mum and little girls would be devastated!

Firstly i would like to say that i am very happy with the manicure i received. However i had booked a lunchtime appointment as i was working and i had booked a specific manicurist on the website. I arrived at the booked time of 1pm but the treatment did not start until 1.25pm. During the appt i found out that the person i had booked had left early due to a family situation and my appt time had been changed. I totally understand that these things happen but what i dont understand is the lack of communication, they had my email and mobile details so a quick text or message to let me know at least about the time change would have been good as i could have adjusted my lunch hour but as it was i ended up getting back to work quite late. In summary, great manicure but customer service/communication needs improving.
